Everything looks different from the air than when you’re standing in the middle of it. We also try to convey this at restaurant De Watertoren. We cook with local products and organic where possible. All this in an old water tower with a brilliant view over Utrecht.
For our 11th anniversary, we are looking back together with you. From September 28 to October 4, we will be serving an anniversary menu featuring 11 favorite dishes from the past 11 years. The selection was curated by our chef Bram, in collaboration with (former) chefs Joost, Menno, and Vincent. Each of them chose dishes that stood out the most and were favorites among the guests.
Cooking with local products and organic as much as possible, that is our philosophy.
