10 years of De Watertoren
Our restaurant is celebrating a wonderful anniversary: 10 years of hospitality, taste, and experience! We certainly won’t let this go unnoticed. For a whole week, you can experience the flavors of ten years of De Watertoren, served across four floors of the water tower.
Each floor tells its own story, featuring the finest dishes and finest wines. Chef Bram and Manager Thijs, along with the rest of the team, will create a complete evening full of surprises and festivities.

Spread across four floors, you’re warmly welcome to enjoy our favorite dishes, delicious wines, and stunning views of Utrecht.
When?
From Tuesday, September 30th to Sunday, October 5th, we’ll be welcoming you for this special anniversary week.
What can you expect?
- A warm welcome with sparkling wine, amuse-bouche, and a first course in our café (ground floor)
- An audio tour with photos and stories from the past
- One course (lunch) or two courses (dinner) with paired wine(s) on the 8th floor (authentic water tank)
- Main course with paired wine and a (short) quiz at the open kitchen on the 9th floor
- Dessert with paired wine on the 10th floor with a DJ or live music
- Option to stay for drinks on the 10th floor after the designated end time (until a certain time)
The price is €119 per person for dinner and €89 per person for lunch. This includes all food, complimentary drinks, and entertainment (excluding drinks during the reception on the 10th floor).

Because we are working with a schedule that moves different groups from floor to floor (there is an elevator), it is not possible to deviate from the schedule. starting time.
Please note that we unfortunately cannot accommodate allergies during this anniversary week. A vegetarian menu is available, provided you specify this in advance when booking.
We require a deposit of €35 per person for lunch and €50 per person for dinner. Your reservation is only final once you have paid via the payment link in the email. The deposit will be deducted from your bill. If you register for the waiting list, no deposit is required.
Refunds are available up to 5 days prior to your reservation. In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be automatically refunded. If you cancel later or arrive with fewer people than reserved, we reserve the right not to deduct the deposit.
Your reservation includes sparkling wine and paired wines with each course. A non-alcoholic arrangement is also available if requested upon reservation. Drinks after on on the 10th floor are not included.
